Develop new business accounts within the financial services industry to expand market share and achieve sales targets Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing tailored financial services solutions Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and challenges Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate leads and maintain current industry knowledge Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and implement best practices for client engagement and retention Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Deep understanding of the financial services industry and market trends Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar Relevant industry-specific certifications are an advantage
