Our client, a top spirits/wine portfolio company, is currently seeking a Supply Chain Planner to be based in their Chicago location (onsite). Local candidates only/Must be US Citizen or Green Card. Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and bring new ideas. The Supply Chain Planner will ensure the smooth operation of all supply chain aspects, including material procurement, data analysis, order fulfillment, logistics, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate is willing to learn about the department and company operations and will seek ways to improve work efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to assist with forecast planning. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and contingency plans for inventory tracking and maintenance
• Analyze sales trends and order data to forecast production and material procurement
• Maintain inventory levels through accurate planning and forecasting
• Manage forecast planning using inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to estimate output
• Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products and materials
• Update and maintain data for accurate reporting across multiple platforms
• Create new methods to report and track data for leadership to facilitate quick and accurate decision-making Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced knowledge required)
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or a similar relevant position
