Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze loan application documents for completeness,
creditworthiness, and compliance
Prepare detailed credit memorandums including financial analysis
and collateral analysis
Conduct underwriting calls with borrowers and coordinate
third-party reports into credit analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of five years' experience in credit analysis and
underwriting of commercial loans
Formal bank Credit Training Program or RMA Credit Courses
preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, and/or
Economics
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Experience with SBA 7A and/or 504 Credit & Underwriting is
preferred
