Job Description Job Description Line Lead We are seeking a hands-on Line Lead to support daily production activities in a fast-paced warehouse/customization environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production line operations, training team members, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity across the line. Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day production line activities - Oversee temporary staff and support training of new employees - Assist with labeling, packing, and casing of products - Maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and line efficiency - Complete required paperwork and production records - Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to leadership - Ensure team compliance with PPE, GMP, and safety procedures - Support problem-solving related to labor, packing, and machine issues - Work overtime as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required - 1 year of production experience preferred - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Company Description Labor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
