100 firm client is seeking an associate who has at least two years
of experience as a tax associate in a law firm and an LL.M. in
taxation. This associate will work with the firm’s transactional
tax lawyers to assist clients with issues regarding the tax aspects
of business transactions, such as advising clients on sophisticated
transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and
acquisitions, private equity transactions, tax credits, fund
formations and inbound and outbound international investments. This
