and Life Science These two positions need to be onsite in (Data
Center) Port Washington, WI and (Life Science) New Haven, CT Who We

a Scheduler who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, someone who
understands how smart scheduling drives certainty on major capital
programs and who wants to be embedded with project teams delivering
high-impact work. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and
comfortable working side-by-side with project managers, field
teams, and public agencies on large, long-duration projects, you'll
feel right at home here. What You'll Do Build the roadmap: Develop
and maintain detailed project- and program-level schedules using
tools such as Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project Online for
large-scale capital projects. Support major construction programs:
Prepare schedules for complex data center construction projects.
Provide hands-on scheduling support for live construction projects
valued at $300–400M , helping teams anticipate impacts and maintain
momentum. Ensure schedule integrity: Review and analyze contractor
baseline and monthly updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and
alignment with contract requirements. Document the record: Develop
As-Built schedules using field data and project documentation to
support claims resolution and project closeout. Be a scheduling
partner: Collaborate closely with project managers, construction
managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with
project goals. Train and elevate teams: Provide training and
guidance to internal team members on scheduling tools and industry
best practices. Stay embedded: Work full-time on-site as part of
the project team, supporting long-duration programs extending
through 2028 . What You Bring Bachelors degree in Civil
Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. 7 years
of experience supporting construction scheduling on large capital
projects. Data centers experience is a must for the WI role and
Life Science is a must for the CT role. Proficient with scheduling
software including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. Experience
working on large-scale projects ($300–400M in value) preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and
Access. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings,
specifications, and contract documents. Familiarity with scheduling
best practices and KPI reporting. Strong communication skills and a
collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Ability and willingness to
work full-time on-site in an active construction environment. Bonus
Points If You Have Prior experience working with advanced
technologies, or life sciences projects. Experience training or
onboarding team members in scheduling software and best practices.
Experience supporting long-duration capital programs with
multi-year delivery timelines. Dashboard reporting capabilities Why
