with deep roots in the Chicagoland market is seeking an experienced
operations leader to support its restaurant division. Known for its
commitment to authentic cuisine, quality standards, and consistent
customer experience, the organization operates several high-traffic
restaurant locations that serve the local community. Position
Overview The Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee
the day-to-day performance of three restaurant locations,
supporting approximately 80 team members across sites. This
position collaborates closely with location-level supervisors and
senior leadership to ensure operational consistency, strong team
performance, and high-quality guest experiences. The ideal
candidate brings a hands-on leadership approach, strong
communication skills in both English and Spanish, and prior success
managing multiple locations or large restaurant teams. Core
Responsibilities - Oversee operational performance across three
restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and
cleanliness standards. - Provide leadership and guidance to on-site
supervisors, supporting team performance and accountability. -
Manage staffing levels, scheduling strategies, and labor efficiency
for a multi-location workforce of approximately 80 employees. -
Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and
employee development initiatives. - Monitor operational expenses
including labor, food costs, and supplies to maintain profitability
targets. - Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and labor
compliance standards. - Address customer concerns and operational
challenges in a timely and professional manner. - Identify
opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational
efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications - Bilingual
proficiency in English and Spanish is required. - 4 years of
restaurant management experience, preferably within high-volume
environments. - Experience overseeing multiple locations or large
teams strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to coach, develop,
and motivate supervisors and hourly staff. - Strong understanding
of restaurant operations, workforce planning, and food safety
practices. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on
leadership role.
