Job Description:
Purpose: The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the
operations of the store in the absence of the store manager. This
includes establishing and maintaining customer service. He/she is
responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation
of a store including maximizing sales/profitability by developing
staff, controlling expenses and all aspects of donation acceptance
