Job Description Family Medicine opening in Stoughton, WI - Madison 42m; Milwaukee 150m; Chicago 200mJob Description: - Established team of 1 physician - Established practice serving the Stoughton community - Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic - Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences - Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community - Full time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access - 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult patients - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: - Average of 17-20 patients per day; no nights or weekends (Extended clinic hours 7AM-5:30PM) - 1.0 FTE = 36 Patient contact hours per week administrative time - Shared call amongst the providers; Phone call only - triaged through MyNurse line. - Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve - General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, etc. - Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care - Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment - Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications: - Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Hold an unrestricted license - Ability to work as a team member - US Citizen or H1B About the Group:A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
