Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This part-time
role offers the opportunity to provide occupational therapy
services across two to three campuses in the Lake County area of
Illinois, specifically in the North Chicago and Waukegan regions.
The position involves traveling between campuses and delivering
specialized support tailored to the school environment. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to
students, addressing their individual needs within the school
setting. Oversee occupational therapy programs and services across
multiple campuses. Collaborate with educators, families, and
healthcare providers to develop and implement student-centered
intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
state regulations and school policies. Participate in meetings and
contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related
field from an accredited college or university. Minimum of three
years of experience providing occupational therapy services, with
at least three years experience in a school setting. Current
occupational therapy license issued by the State of Illinois.
Registration with the Illinois Department of Financial Professional
Regulations (IDFPR). Location:This position requires travel between
North Chicago and Waukegan campuses in Illinois (Lake County),
providing the flexibility to work 20 hours per week, spread over
