Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional
rehabilitative care. In this role, you will be integral in helping
patients regain independence and improve their quality of life
following serious illnesses or injuries. Our ideal candidate is
compassionate, skilled, and driven to deliver personalized patient
care using innovative rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based
treatments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are
customized to meet the individual needs of each patient. At

serve. Assess patient conditions through interviews and physical
examinations to develop appropriate therapeutic treatments. Design,
implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient
progress and feedback. Utilize various therapy techniques and
equipment to maximize patient recovery and outcomes. Educate
patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and what to
expect during recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient
therapy sessions and progress to ensure the continuity and quality
of care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
optimize treatment plans and patient goals. Strong understanding of
biomechanics, kinesiology, and rehabilitation principles.
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective
patient and staff interactions. Ability to manage multiple patient
caseloads with varying needs efficiently. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice
physical therapy. Board Certified Specialist in Physical Therapy,
if applicable.
