Independent. Happy. An Integral Part of the Community. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities: Pay Range: $20 - 27/ hour based on experience Paid training. Job Type: part-time (some weekends required) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications: At Crossing the Spectrum, we are family-oriented. Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families! Build rapport and create a positive learning environment. Implement treatment plans designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA Adhere to professional and ethical conduct as outlined in the RBT Task List. Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. High school diploma required; some college preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months of being hired. Comfortable working with and around children. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Compassion, empathy, and honesty are a must. Salary range $20 - $27 per hour
