Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: Prepares examination rooms for patient visits, including cleaning, sterilizing, and stock supplies. Escorts patients to exam rooms and assists in obtaining pertinent information, which may include obtaining vital signs, weight, height, health history, chief complaint and symptoms. Assisting physicians or APN during exams and procedures. Performing Point of Care testing, administering intramuscular and Sub Q injections, schedule appointments, manage patient flow, updating and maintaining EPIC, handling referrals and prior authorizations, and coordinating with pharmacies, labs, and imaging.
