Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Waukesha, WI Agency: TechLink Systems, Inc. Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Rotating - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find a qualified Home Health RN in Waukesha, Wisconsin, 53188! Job Title: RN - Home Health Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Waukesha, WI (onsite) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work Hours: 8AM - 6:30PM Total Weekly Hours: 40 Home Health Visit RN - Days shifts (This is an all inclusive rate. Agency would be responsible for building in mileage into traveler's pay package.) Contract 13 week Start: 1/26 Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Waukesha, WI Shift Requirements: 10hr days (8-2000); Example of rotation: shifts (MTWF, MTW Sat, Sun, TWF) Travel Requirements: 6 patient visits per day; approximately spending 1 hour per patient including drive time, patient visit and charting- 6 county service area- approximately 250 miles per week- average 50 miles per day On Call/Call Back Requirements: none Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart), WI RN License, Valid Drivers License - OASIS Cert a PLUS Minimum Experience: Current Home Health and Hospice Experience REQUIRED; Recent Oasis experience REQUIRED Charting Experience Required: Epic Required within 12 months Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 1:1 patient ratio; adults 18yrs and older, chronic disease management including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Cancer, CVA, wound care, IV administration Orientation will be during the day shift Hard worker, Time management, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates Scrub Colors: Any or Corporate Casual Dress Homecare experience a must, need to inquire about allergies as home environments are uncontrolled and may have pets and/or smoke, need to be able to physically tolerate driving throughout the day and up/down stairs and possible uneven landscapes for home entry, visits need to occur despite weather conditions Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
