Ivy Rehab, a nationally recognized leader in outpatient physical therapy, is seeking a qualified and driven Clinic Director & Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will not only manage the day-to-day operations of one of our state-of-the-art clinics but also have the unique opportunity to be a partner in the clinic's success and growth. This position demands a dynamic leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while efficiently managing resources and staff for optimal productivity. Oversee all clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Develop and implement strategies for patient care, staff development, and clinic growth. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and resource allocation. Lead a team of therapists and support staff; hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Foster a collaborative environment that supports the professional development of staff and excellence in patient services. Liaise with other healthcare providers, stakeholders, and community organizations to expand clinic services and outreach. Strong leadership and management skills Expertise in physical therapy protocols and healthcare management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare management software Ability to drive business development and manage financial budgets Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of operation. Certification in healthcare management (CHM) preferred.
