Trinity Staffing Group is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Home Health for a per diem / prn nursing job in DeKalb, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/08/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: 7 hours, flexible Employment Type: Per Diem Trinity Staffing Group is seeking skilled Nursing professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference. Estimated up to 7 visits to start while the caseload grows. Will cover Dekalb, LaSalle and Grundy counties. Requirements: • Qualified applicants MUST be a graduate of an accredited RN program. • Valid State License • Eligible to work in the United States Pay Package: Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
