Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Chicago, IL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,806 per week Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/3/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60612! Job Title: RN Operating Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience in the Operating Room required License: Must hold a valid nursing license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Level 1 Trauma experience Strong scrub and circulate skills Experience in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery Description: Position entails working in the Operating Room. Shifts are scheduled as 4 days per week from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Call requirements include one 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday. There is no weekday call. Weekend work is required, with every other weekend scheduled. Requests for time off are limited to 5 days maximum, with no more than 2 consecutive days off. Requests for time off are not permitted on holidays or on weekends. Clinicians may be required to float to meet facility needs. Floating may occur within a 50-mile radius and can be assigned 2 hours before a shift. Refusal to float may result in cancellation. All clinicians must be responsive and adhere to deadlines for compliance.
