available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager with a strong
background in hospital inpatient pharmacy, specifically oncology
and hematology outpatient care. This role is ideal for
professionals ready to lead pharmacy operations and optimize
medication management within a hospital setting. Location: Joliet,
IL Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to
ensure efficient and compliant operations Oversee inpatient and
outpatient pharmacy services with a focus on oncology and
hematology medications Manage medication distribution, inventory
control, and adherence to safety standards Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and
medication therapy management Maintain regulatory compliance while
driving continuous quality improvement initiatives Desired
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a
hospital inpatient setting Expertise in oncology and hematology
pharmacy practices preferred Active or willingness to obtain an
Illinois pharmacy license Strong leadership, problem-solving, and
communication skills Commitment to patient safety and clinical
excellence Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours in an
