Job Description C&A Psychiatry opening near ChicagoLocated in Crystal Lake, IL - Chicago 50mFull-time, permanent positionEmployed opportunityH1b Visa SponsorshipPsychiatry Opportunity - Build Your Own Practice in a Chicago Suburb Position Details: Exciting opportunity to establish your own practice within a well-supported behavioral health clinic Specialize in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or choose an Adult Psychiatry role Provide comprehensive psychiatric care and medication management for patients in specialized programs Responsibilities: Conduct Psychiatric History and Physical assessments Certify appropriate levels of care through individualized evaluations Perform 2-3 intakes per day Monitor and follow up with patients throughout their treatment program Program Options: Child & Adolescent Programs: Level 1: Day Treatment (Ages 6-17) - Intensive 12-24 week program offering a higher level of care than outpatient visits Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - Adolescent IOP (AIOP): Ages 14-17 - Youth IOP (YIOP): Ages 10-13 - Child IOP (CIOP): Ages 5-9 - Eight-week step-down program for those completing day treatment or needing a lower level of care Level 3: Extended Care (EC) - Adolescent EC (AEC): Ages 14-17 - Youth EC (YES): Ages 10-13 - Child EC (CEC): Ages 5-9 - Four-week maintenance program for patients completing intensive programs or not requiring full-day treatment Adult Psychiatry Option: Opportunity to help develop a new adult program as additional providers are added Why Join Us?
