qualified Neuro RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Pay Information
$2,455 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neuro ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum two years of acute
care experience within the last three years in the specialty. ICU
experience required. Neurosurgery experience preferred. License:
Must have an active nursing license. Certifications: BLS & ACLS
certified through American Heart Association. Must-Have: Basic
Arrhythmia experience required for telemetry travelers.
Description: We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered
Nurse to work in a neuroscience critical care unit. This unit
supports both intermediate and intensive care level of patients.
You will care for adult patients with a variety of neurology,
neurosurgical, and stroke conditions. Conditions may include
ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, traumatic brain injuries,
hydrocephalus, and cerebral aneurysms. Strong critical thinking
skills will be utilized to provide interventions that may include
vasoactive drips, hemodynamic monitoring, and feeding tubes.
Candidates must be willing to work with both ICU and intermediate
care patient populations. The work environment includes a dynamic
and supportive team of nurses committed to providing expert care.
Travelers may be assigned to multiple units based on current
staffing needs. Orientation is required, and specific schedules
will be provided. All travelers must pass a telemetry test prior to
beginning their assignment. This position requires flexibility
