Overview:Manager of Inpatient Nursing, Adult Critical Care- 80
hours / 2 weeks- Monday to Friday Day Shift Hours with 24/7
Accountability- This position is located at the Javon Bea Hospital
- Riverside campus.The Manager of Nursing will have multiple areas
of responsibility or multiple nursing units, or may have a complex
area of focus or be involved in clinical program development and
operations. This position has 24/7 accountability. The Manager
therefore must have exceptional organizational skill, and be
skilled at mentoring and developing leaders. The Manager will have
24/7 accountability for the areas of responsibility. The Manager
plans, organizes, and directs nursing practice for areas of
responsibility and does this in accordance with the Health System's
Mission, Vision, Values and Philosophy. The Manager ensures the
total patient experience is exceptional both in the Quality of Care
and in the patient perception of services as defined and measured
by system dashboard goals. Interviews, selects, orientates trains,
coaches and mentors and evaluates the performance of partners,
providing corrective action when necessary. Performs other duties

required.Masters' degree in a related field preferred.Certification
in specialty desirable.Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of
progressively responsible hospital nursing leadership
experience.Certification/Licensure:Licensed as an RN in state of
practiceApproved BLS certification required within 90 days of
