Description:Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company is a well-established, regional insurance provider operating in 23 states, offering a full range of Commercial and Personal Property & Casualty products. We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing/Sales Representative to manage and grow our agent network in the Wisconsin region. This role is remote but requires in-state residence and regular travel.The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a designated region. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with independent agents to achieve regional sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage a network of independent agents- Promote products and support agent growth- Plan and execute regional sales strategies- Conduct agency visits, presentations, and market research- Report sales activities and market insights to managementRequirements:Requirements:- Must reside in Wisconsin- 4+ years of sales or underwriting experience in insurance- Bachelor's degree preferred- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and physically able to operate a company vehicle.
