Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Services Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment, training, and retention of partners
within field services
Support the implementation and improvement of salon operations to
meet financial expectations
Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance service
operational opportunities
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a services-oriented business, preferably
in a multi-unit environment
Previous experience in the Pet Services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, or
equivalent experience
Basic Microsoft Office skills are necessary
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are required
