team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:About the Role:The Business Unit Manager is responsible for developing and launching new products that meet the needs of consumers and customers and achieve financial and strategic objectives.You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Stay up-to-date with snacking industry developments, emerging trends and competitive landscapeUse data sources and trends to analyze and identify new product opportunities and drive development of a 3-year new product pipelineManage the entire product development process, from ideation to commercialization including positioning, channel strategy, pricing strategy, go-to-market tactics and performance trackingDevelop and manage project budgets, timelines, and plans to ensure timely and successful product launchesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Unit, R&D, Operations and Sales to ensure successful execution of new product ideas.Support innovation execution by leading the development of Sales materialsImportant Details: This is a corporate role which will be based out of our Oak Brook, IL office. The role will be a hybrid role, with requirement to work in office Tuesday- Thursday and working remotely Monday and Friday.About You:You'll fit right in if you have:Bachelor's degree required: Marketing, Business emphasis preferred; Master's: MBA highly preferredMinimum 5-7 years of experience in product innovation in a consumer packaged goods food environmentExcellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines and communicate effectively to cross-functional stakeholdersExperience using syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen) and qualitative market data toolsFinancial & analytical acumen, experience with product P&L and financial metricsFocuses on achieving goals and holds self and others accountable for expected resultsProven ability to lead through influenceAttention to detailClear and concise communication style Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!
