role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment
for young children. This position involves supervising children,
planning engaging activities, managing classrooms, communicating
with parents, and guiding behavior to support children's
development and well-being. Responsibilities - Supervise children
to ensure their safety and well-being - Plan and implement
age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development -
Manage classroom environment to foster positive behavior and
engagement - Communicate regularly with parents about children's
progress and daily experiences - Guide children's behavior
constructively to support social and emotional growth Preferred
Qualifications - 2 years of experience in early childhood education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or
related field - CPR and First Aid Certification - Knowledge in
early childhood education and child development - Skills in lesson
planning, classroom management, and effective communication -
Patience, creativity, and strong teamwork abilities
