Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A Physical Therapist
position is available for an ESY contract from June 15, 2026,
through July 26, 2026, located in Des Plaines, IL. This role
supports students ranging from early childhood through 12th grade
within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic
services to students with special education needs following
individualized education plans. Collaborate with educators and
staff to support student progress. Deliver in-person therapy
sessions Monday through Thursday, from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.,
with extended hours until 3:15 p.m. on the first and last days of
the session. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school
policies and procedures. Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy
license for the state of Illinois (proof of licensure required).
Experience working in a school-based setting preferred. Ability to
work effectively with students from early childhood through high
school. Commitment to high-quality, in-person therapeutic
interventions. Must obtain PTA approval prior to assignments.
Location: Des Plaines, IL This is a temporary, contractual role
specifically for the ESY period and requires in-person attendance.

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.28 to $59.28.
