Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to join our team in advancing our mission of promoting educational success for children with special needs. The successful candidate will be pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive speech therapy services to enhance the communication abilities and skills of students with diverse needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assess students’ communication and swallowing skills to determine their needs and the best therapeutic approach. Develop individualized plans of care tailored to each student’s needs and goals. Implement speech therapy interventions effectively to improve students’ speech and language abilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with educational goals. Document and maintain accurate student records, assessments, and progress reports. Provide guidance and training to school staff and parents to support speech-related interventions. Expertise in various speech therapy techniques and assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) Capacity to work collaboratively with school staff and parents Proficiency in the use of technology for documentation and therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
