Description:Join us at our new facility in Cedarburg, WI! Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, which is headquartered in Dortmund, Germany. Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage & drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019 and QuantumFlo in October 2021 and Plad in 2023. New manufacturing facility with climate control, lots of natural lighting, and an on site gym with personal trainer! We are located about 30 minutes north of Milwaukee. Job Summary The Marketing/Communications Intern will be responsible for working on developing and adjusting specific content for marketing materialPrimary Duties

• Update and create new brochures and other types of literature
• Branding updates for various product brands - spec sheets/IOMs
• Coordinate implementation of marketing campaign tasks with internal and external stakeholder
• Schedule project meetings as needed, track activity progress and ensure deployment meets project timeline
• Develop and adjust graphic and text content Requirements:
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, in particular InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Basic photography skill for use in social media and literatures
  • Excellent technical writing and good communication skill
  • A strong sense of ownership and drive, a self-starter
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to lead processes or projects both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
