As an Experienced Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and driving process improvements while working with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities Oversee essential accounting functions including journal entries, month-end close processes, and general ledger accuracy. Engage in balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting to ensure spotless financial reporting. Support audit processes and contribute to the creation of insightful financial statements and reports. Utilize Dynamics 365 and other ERP systems to enhance accounting processes and promote data analytics. Champion process improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that internal controls meet top-notch compliance standards. Leverage advanced tools like Power BI and Excel to create compelling reports and data visualizations. Contribute to cost accounting initiatives that maximize financial performance. What You Need to Succeed A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field. A strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools. Experience with AI integration and ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365, is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for analytical thinking. Your Experience Matters Previous experience in audit support, financial analysis, or internal controls is highly valued. Experience in manufacturing accounting will give you an edge. A proactive mindset for implementing process improvements within accounting practices will set you apart.
