Marvin, a leader in crafting superior windows and doors since 1912, seeks a Finance Manager, Product Development to join our dynamic corporate finance team. This role is crucial in supporting strategic financial planning and analysis related to new product development and existing product enhancements. As a Finance Manager, you will provide financial insights that drive the company's decisions related to product innovation and market expansion. Your expertise will ensure optimal resource allocation, cost management, and profitability analyses directly contributing to Marvins heritage of quality and innovation. Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis for new product development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial strategies and product innovation objectives. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and actual spend against project budgets, providing regular financial reporting and insights to leadership teams. Analyze market trends and product performance to recommend financial strategies or adjustments to product development plans. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements throughout the product development process. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience in budget management and cost accounting Ability to synthesize complex financial information for strategic decision-making Proficiency with financial software and Excel Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA or CMA preferred MBA is advantageous but not required
