future success!----This Sales Operations Sr. Analyst role is
responsible for supporting the broader sales organization
responsible for branded sales. This role will lead the daily
administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and TELUS
Exceedra TPM system. Ideal candidate will help think through
simplifying and improving various process flows for business
operations with direct and brokered sales teams. --ESSENTIAL DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:--Accountable for deriving policies and
procedures that strengths system connectivity and adds more
granularity to process work necessary to run the business
effectively.Ownership of the full administration of TPM (Exceedra):
loading pricing, updating hierarchy issues in product, pricing,
customers, and account owners. Daily clearing of ELT issues, access
rights for direct and brokered sales organization.Owns
administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 inclusive of updating
pricing, setting up new customers, enabling sales reporting (via
Power BI), interaction with demand systems (Blue Yonder &
ORI)Ownership gatekeeper and administration of the customer,
product hierarchies.Design, develop, and maintain new reporting
tools and dashboards to support better planning, performance
measurement from D365 (Power BI). Develop reporting from Exceedra
to understand trade spending broker, deduction management, and
forecasting efficiencies.Manage and enhance processes related to
business operations with cross functional teams: broker contracts,
monthly commission calculations and payments, tracking/
score-carding performance communicating company policies
(SCEP/Brackets, discounts etc.).Communication of updates required
by field associates and Mizkan customers (i.e. pricing actions,
allocations, product discontinuations, policy adjustments,
etc.)EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:--Bachelor's Degree
required, preferably in a business-related field.Minimum of 5 to 7
years of experience in the CPG industry (preferably food).Strong
competency working with systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365/AFS
TradePro or Exceedra) product-customer-sales hierarchies, trade
planning, etc.Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word,
Access) and working knowledge of syndicated data (Nielsen /
IRI).Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and
organizational skills necessary to manage multiple responsibilities
in a fast-paced environment.Ideal candidate has one or more
experiences in sales support (direct / broker), trade marketing,
sales (territory/account), or sales-operations related
