success!--SUMMARY: ------We are seeking a skilled and
passionate--Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Applications Developer--to play a pivotal role in optimizing our
business processes. As part of our technology team, you will
collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop,
and implement solutions that elevate our operational efficiency and
enhance user experiences.----ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:--Solution Design:Partner with Solution architects
and business users to understand business requirements and identify
technical solutions to address needsCreates and documents complex,
in-depth technical design specifications to meet business needs
identified through application requirements, user stories, support
tickets, and test defects.Leverage and integrate new technologies
into design to deliver system capabilities.--Development and
Integrations:Develop, document, test and debug extensions, create
entities, etc. for D365 Finance & Operations, using X++, SQL, Power
Platform and other applicable development toolsPerform
administration and proactive performance monitoring of the D365
platform and integrationsUtilize tools such as Azure DevOps and LCS
in the development and administration processUtilize integration
tools such as Boomi &, To Increase to integrate with 3rd party
systemsUtilize Agile development methodology when applicableCreate
and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions
and configurations.Establish Proactive Monitoring mechanism to
prevent the issues even before they occurEvaluates, researches, and
recommends software application upgrades, patches, and new
functionalitiesQuality Assurance and Code Optimization:Conduct
thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and
best practices.Optimize existing code for performance, scalability,
and maintainability. Work closely with 3rd party providers to
ensure appropriate delivery of services (i.e., specification and
code reviews, testing of their work, etc.)Support:Provide user
support for D365 F&O and ISV solutions integrated with D365
(e.g., EDI, Mercury Gate, Blue Yonder, High Radius, Exceedra,
etc.).Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot issues and enhance
system usability.Assist in training colleagues on system features
and best practices.Support user security, utilizing Fastpath and/or
native D365 F&O functionality--EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND
QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science,
Information Management is preferred or comparable work
experienceManufacturing Business Support: Minimum of 3
years--supporting a--manufacturing business--that utilizes--D365
F&O, SAP, or other major ERP systems.Technical Proficiency:5+
years--hands-on D365 F&O development using X++ to develop
extensions and entitiesProficient using SysOperation Framework for
developing batch processesExperience using Azure DevOpsStrong SQL
database experience, including experience connecting multiple data
sources (SQL Server, DB2, Excel, etc.)Extensive understanding in
developing integrations with 3rd party solutions utilizing
middleware tools such as Boomi, To IncreaseStrong D365 security
expertise using native D365 F&O and/or FastpathAdditional
Skills and Qualities:One or more Microsoft certifications would be
desirable, but not required: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 +
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Microsoft
Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer
AssociateSolid understanding of standard business processes across
all functional areas of a manufacturing business (Order to Cash,
Concept to Market, Procure to Pay, Pick to Ship, Plan to
Production, Post to Close)Experience working with Blue Yonder, High
Radius, Exceedra is a plusFamiliarity with best practice design
principles--for various application styles and
technologies.Demonstrated willingness and passion--to work in a
